Staunton Whiteman has successfully completed the sale of the B&Q Warehouse in Romford on behalf of Tritax Big Box.
Acting on behalf of Tritax Big Box, Staunton Whtieman have sucessfully sold the B&Q Warehouse, Roneo Corner, Romford to clients of Knight Frank investors for £33 million.
The property is a purpose-built B&Q Warehouse of 102,000 sq ft which is let in its entirety to B&Q Limited for a 15 year term.
The property is adjacent to a 120,000 sq ft Tesco Extra store and is held freehold.
