The price shows a 15% premium to the fund's most recent book value for the property.The property was purpose-built for B&Q and is approximately 48,000 sq ft.
It is let to B&Q Plc on an FRI lease expiring on 24 March 2028 at a current passing rent of £631,200 per annum.
