MetroBox have sold the freehold interest in Broadbridge Heath Retail Park, Horsham to a UK Pension Fund.
The 61,445 sq ft park was developed in 1989 and has been continuously let to the original three tenants, Homebase, Carpetright and Halfords. Rents on the park range from £22 to £27 psf.
The park adjoins a Tesco Extra foodstore and there are plans to develop a B&Q and Lidl on the County Council Depot site immediately to the West.
