Delancey and Threadneedle have taken full control of Castlepoint Shopping Park in Bournemouth.
Castlepoint is the UK's largest retail park totalling 684,000 sq ft and provides 36 units let to an attractive range of tenants including M&S, Sainsbury's, Asda, B&Q, Next, TK Maxx, River Island, New Look, Mountain Warehouse and Boots.
