Ediston Real Estate, acting on behalf of Europa Capital Partners, have acquired Pasteur Road Retail Park in Great Yarmouth for £20.8m reflecting a net initial yield of 6.75%.
The scheme totals 122,000 sq ft in 5 units and is let to B&Q, Home Bargains, Pets at Home and Argos. The scheme has a bulky goods planning consent.
Ediston intend to implement an active asset management plan to reposition the scheme.
