Ediston Property Investment Company (EPIC) has exchanged contracts to buy the Abbey Retail Park, Daventry for £11.95 m from Threadneedle Property UK Select Fund, showing a 7.8% yield.
The park was developed in 2008 and is let to Homebase, Halfords, Carpetright and Pets at Home amongst others with a WAULT of approximately 10 years. In total the scheme provides 63,160 sq ft of retail accommodation.
