The store is located in the centre of the town on Hind Street and extends to some 34,278 sq ft with a total of 124 car parking spaces.
The property was acquired for £16.1 million and will be leased back to Sainsbury’s on a 25 year lease with annual rent reviews geared to the Retail Prices Index.
