Frogmore Real Estate Partners III has bought the freehold interest in West One Retail Park, Eccles from Kilmona Holdings for £17.75 million.
The 150,000 sq ft retail park was originally developed by Wilson Bowden & Richardson’s in 2001 and has the benefit of an Open A1 planning consent. The scheme is approximately 50% vacant, however, a key letting to The Range of 50,000 sq ft was secured in 2014 and there is a unique opportunity for Frogmore to reposition the park.
