Helical Bar plc have acquired London Road Retail Park, Southend-on-Sea for £15.7 m reflecting a net initial yield of 7.1%.
The scheme is let to Homebase, Currys/PC World and Pets at Home with a WAULT of 8 years and it has the benefit of an Open A1 (non food) planning consent.
