Ladymead Retail Park

Acting on behalf of Delancey and Tritax, Staunton Whiteman have successfully advised on the sale of Ladymead Retail Park, Guildford, for £85m.

Ladymead Retail Park is Guildford’s only retail park, providing 134,000 sq ft of retail space across nine retail units and a fast-food restaurant. The park is home to leading national retailers including Currys, Furniture Village, Costa, M&S, Halfords, Burger King, Sports Direct, and Tapi. The property generates an annual rental income of over £5 million.

Recently refurbished, the park benefits from a highly strategic location adjacent to the A3, with an estimated 30 million vehicles passing annually. It is prominently positioned on the A25 Ladymead, approximately a quarter of a mile from its junction with the A3, the major arterial road connecting South London to Portsmouth.
