Notcutts have sold the development funding opportunity of a new supermarket and non-food retail warehouse units on London Road, Bagshot.
The development has been purchased by Nottinghamshire County Council Pension Fund which is managed by Aberdeen Asset Management. The 32,000 sq ft supermarket is pre-let to Waitrose and the letting of the non-food units is ongoing. Once completed the development will have a value of £25m.
