Acting on behalf of Capreon and its lending banks, ICBC and Lloyds, Staunton Whiteman have successfully completed the sale of Parkgate, Rotherham to Columbia Threadneedle.
Parkgate, Rotherham is the UK’s 2nd largest retail warehouse park, which in total offers 577,837 sq ft of ground floor retail accommodation. It attracts over 10 million shopping visits annually and dominates it’s catchment. Anchor tenants, include Primark, Frasers, Nike, New Look, Next, TK Maxx and Morrisons.
Over the past two years, Staunton Whiteman have transacted the UK’s 2 largest retail warehouse schemes.
