Buccleuch Property have bought Red Square Retail Park in Worthing for £3.75m from CBRE GI.
The scheme is a purpose-built two-unit retail park of c 18,000 sq ft.
One unit is let to Pets at Home and the other is under offer.
It is adjacent to a J.Sainsbury's supermarket, Lyons Farm Retail Park and Downlands Retail Park.
