Staunton Whiteman successfully provided strategic investment advice to Redevco on their acquisition of a portfolio of 16 retail warehouse parks and solus units from M7 Real Estate's Box + III vehicle. The portfolio had a total value of £520 million and comprises 2.1 million sq ft of gross retail accomodation. The total passing rent is £31.5m showing £15psf overall.

  • B&M & Hobbycraft, Tunbridge Wells
  • Gapton Hall Retail Park, Great Yarmouth
  • Halfords & Homebase, Staines
  • Homebase, Colchester
  • Neats Court Retail Park, Queensborough
  • Poole Retail Park, Poole
  • Parc Pemberton Retail Park, Llanelli

The portfolio offers a number of opportunities to enhance value through active asset management. At £520 million, the portfolio is the second largest portfolio of retail warehouse parks to have traded in the UK.
