St George's Retail Park

Acting on behalf of Tritax Big Box, Staunton Whiteman have successfully sold St George's Retail Park, Leicester for £32m, to Orchard Street.

St George's Retail Park is a prominent retail destination in Leicester, offering over 190,000 sq ft of high-quality retail space. The park is home to a strong mix of retailers, including Home Bargains, Currys, Next, Iceland, Aldi and Pets at Home.

Leicester continues to be a thriving commercial hub, with ongoing investment and infrastructure improvements enhancing accessibility and consumer demand for prime retail space.
