The Crown Estate has acquired the Silverlink Shopping Park in Newcastle from LaSalle Investment Management
The Crown Estate has acquired the 208,000 sq ft Silverlink Shopping Park in Newcastle from LaSalle Investment Management for a price of £131 million.
Tenants on the park include, M&S, Next, The Outfit, Boots, New Look, Argos, Currys/PC World, Sports Direct, River Island, Harveys, Halfords, Poundworld and JD Sports.
New lettings have been agreed to H&M and M&S, the latter being an extension of their existing store, to provide M&S with a total of 74,116 sq ft on the park.
