Following their funding of the 118,000 sq ft MK1 Shopping Park beside the MK Dons Stadium in Milton Keynes, The Crown Estate is to fund the adjoining MK1 Leisure Park.
The 71,000 sq ft Leisure Park will comprise an 11 screen Odeon multiplex and 7 restaurants that have been pre-let to T.G.I. Friday’s, Bella Italia, Frankie & Benny’s, Pizza Express, Nando’s, Prezzo and Chimichanga.
Practical completion of the park is scheduled for late 2014 in order to allow Odeon to fit out before the release of the new Bond film.
