Acting on behalf of Tritax Big Box, Staunton Whiteman have successfully sold Trafford Retail Park for £42 million, to Knight Frank Investors.

Trafford Retail Park is a prime Greater Manchester scheme, benefiting from excellent transport links and high footfall. The park provides over 143,000 sq ft across 14 units. It sits within a dominant retail hub, being adjacent to the Trafford Centre and attracts a strong and diverse customer base from the surrounding affluent areas.

The park is let to Dunelm, Sports Direct, Home Bargains, Iceland, Pets a Home, B&M, Boots, TK Maxx, Five Guys, Nando's, KFC, Pizza Hut and McDonald's.
