Frogmore have sold West One Retail Park in Eccles for £27.5 million.
The scheme is a prime modern retail park of 150,000 sq ft and is let to tenants including Lidl, Home Bargains, The Food Warehouse, Pure Gym, Smyths Toys and McDonald's.
Staunton Whiteman acquired the scheme for Frogmore in 2015 for £17.8m.
